The proximity to family events made it convenient for quick visits, and the comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep after long days.

No housekeeping at all led to a dirty room with dried mud on the wall and a filthy bathroom vent. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, resulting in needing a clerk to get online, while there were no luggage carts available, making it cumbersome to move bags around. Additionally, the lack of elevator made moving to the second floor a challenge, especially with limited lighting on the stairs.

The shower was satisfactory, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Receptionist Omar quickly attended to a few issues, replacing a broken microwave and fixing the smoke alarm battery. However, the windows were quite dirty, and insufficient lighting made the room feel dim. Key card issues were inconvenient, and the lack of luggage carts was noticeable, adding a bit of frustration to an otherwise smooth stay.
